Greyhound Lines Inc. has vacated its bus station on Arthur Ashe Boulevard, clearing the way for the property’s new owner to redevelop the site.

Greyhound left the station at 2910 N. Arthur Ashe Blvd. earlier this month, a spokesperson for the company confirmed. The property’s new owner, a Connecticut-based real estate firm called Twenty Lake Holdings, plans to build a mixed-use complex with almost 400 apartments and retail space on a site across the road from The Diamond.
