KILMARNOCK, VA – On Saturday, May 6, 2023, Congressman Wittman (VA-01), along with members of the community, gathered at Town Centre Park in Kilmarnock to celebrate the Lancaster High School Varsity Boys Basketball Team for their VHSL Class 1 State Championship Win. During his visit, Congressman Wittman presented the basketball team with an Extension of Remarks and met with the team’s players and coaches.
“I was honored to join the community today to celebrate the Lancaster Varsity Boys Basketball Team for their incredible State Championship Win,” said Congressman Wittman. “The commitment, dedication, and teamwork displayed by these student-athletes is truly inspiring, and their accomplishments are a win for Lancaster High School and the community. I’m proud to have such hardworking and talented students in the First District, and I wish them good luck in their future endeavors.”
