Aconservative Virginia member of Congress is joining a liberal Democrat from Illinois in asking federal officials to crack down on the illegal Chinese-made candy- and fruit-flavored e-cigarettes flooding the U.S. market that are hooking thousands of kids on nicotine.

Rep. Rob Wittman, R-1st, and Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi, D-Ill., want the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Department of Justice to do more to address proliferation of illicit vaping products.
