Virginia’s comprehensive approach to tackling the challenge of the deadly drug fentanyl has resulted in a 23% decline in fentanyl overdose deaths, Gov. Glenn Youngkin said Tuesday.
That’s a sharper drop than the national average of 14.5%, he said.
