Hanover County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) has arrested a 29-year-old Heathsville man related to the solicitation of a minor for sex.
The suspect was identified as Motley Allen Haynie, who was taken into custody without incident and has been charged with two counts of solicitation of a minor, solicitation of child pornography and taking indecent liberties with a minor.
