After the storm hit Virginia on Jan. 25, dropping upwards of four inches of snow and ice on the region, thousands of Virginians slipped, fell and suffered injuries.
Across the state, there were 12,000 visits to the emergency room or an urgent care clinic for fall-related injuries in a span of seven days.
