CHRISTIANSBURG — Former Virginia Tech Board of Visitors Rector John Rocovich filed a complaint in Montgomery County Circuit Court on Tuesday, asking a judge to determine that Gov. Abigail Spanberger unlawfully removed him from the board in May.
In the lawsuit, Rocovich’s attorneys argue that he committed no wrongdoing and that the governor lacked grounds to remove him.
