Henrico County Commonwealth’s Attorney Shannon Taylor, who is seeking to challenge Rep. Rob Wittman, R-1st, says public trust in Congress is so low that one of her top priorities would be to ban members of Congress from trading stock.
Taylor said she is refusing to accept money from corporate political action committees to fund her bid for Congress.
