FREDERICKSBURG – Additional time is needed to finish the Robert O. Norris, Jr. Bridge inspection. Beginning Wednesday, Oct. 28, travelers can expect brief daytime and overnight delays crossing the bridge. Between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. through Friday, Oct. 30, a portion of the bridge will be reduced to a single travel lane. Additional daytime lane closures may also take place on Saturday, Oct. 31 between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m..
