Driver in crash that killed 3 JMU students in 2023 gets 90 days in jail

The driver in a single-car crash that killed three James Madison University students in 2023 was sentenced Tuesday to 90 days in a West Virginia jail.

Campbell Ryan Fortune, 21, pleaded no contest in February to misdemeanor negligent homicide and speeding as part of a plea agreement in Hardy County Circuit Court.
