Route 360 travelers will encounter brief overnight delays at the Downing Bridge over the Rappahannock River in the Tappahannock area tonight, from 8 p.m. Monday, July 8 to 5 a.m. Tuesday, July 9.
Crews will pave the Route 360 travel lanes immediately north of the bridge, in Richmond County. Due to the work zone’s proximity to the bridge, traffic on the Downing Bridge will be reduced to a single lane.
A flagging crew and pilot car will direct one-way, alternating traffic across the bridge and through the work zone in Richmond County.
