Greg Dove has been promoted to Line Superintendent for Northern Neck Electric Cooperative (NNEC). In this role, Dove will be responsible for the management of all line construction, power restoration, and linework maintenance for NNEC’s more than 2,000 miles of utility lines. He will also lead all the linework crews.

Dove has been a serviceman for NNEC for more than 20 years, serving as a journeyman lineworker for the last 15 years. He is a graduate of Westmoreland High School and Northwest Lineman’s College. He has completed more than 5,000 hours of training in linework and has continued his education and training throughout his career.

Dove’s involvement extends beyond his professional duties, as highlighted by Brittany Johnson, Public Engagement Coordinator. “He is a familiar face at community and school events, actively participating in career days, parades, and more. His enthusiasm for his profession and his eagerness to engage with the community showcases his passion and dedication,” said Johnson.
