The House of Delegates on Friday rejected four more of Gov. Glenn Youngkin‘s appointments to voluntary state boards, including former state Sen. Lionell Spruill, D-Chesapeake.

Except for Spruill, who Del. Jay Leftwich, R-Chesapeake, said had done much for the Hampton Roads region, there was no debate.

Youngkin had named Spruill to Norfolk State University’s board of visitors.
