VCU officials have identified the man who died inside Oliver Hall on Monday as VCU adjunct professor and alumnus William Trey Henshaw III.
In a statement that was sent to colleagues at the university’s College of Humanities, Catherine Ingrassia said Henshaw was a chemistry instructor who “touched the lives of thousands of students.”
The incident remains under investigation.
