Governor Glenn Youngkin announced last week that more than $757,000 in matching grant funds will be awarded to 131 tourism programs to bolster tourism microbusiness. Locally, Middlesex County Economic Development Authority & Town of Kilmarnock received $10,000 each. Tappahannock Main Street received $9,410. Middle Peninsula Chesapeake Bay Public Access Authority was given $7,450. Ballgown Barefoot in Urbanna, Kilmarnock Inn & The Hope & Glory Inn in Irvington received $5,000 each.
