Miyares joins 24 GOP attorneys general to block greenhouse gas guidelines

Attorney General Jason Miyares is joining 24 other Republican state attorneys general in seeking to block a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency rule setting new greenhouse gas emission guidelines for power plants.
