A Chesterfield County man has been charged with multiple felonies after police seized nearly $500,000 worth of fentanyl from his home, authorities said.

Anthony M. Pollard, 45, of North Chesterfield, has been charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute and one count of transporting a controlled substance into Virginia after police recovered over 6 pounds of fentanyl powder during a search of Pollard’s residence.
