Premiums for Affordable Care Act coverage are on track for sharp increases next year, according to the current rate increase requests health insurers are seeking from the State Corporation Commission’s Bureau of Insurance. HealthKeepers, the largest Obamacare insurer in the state is covering 115,000 Virginians, is seeking an average increase of 12.6% for an average monthly bill of $687.18.
