State employees and teachers would get pay increases and some Virginians would get tax relief in the final budget proposal Gov. Glenn Youngkin is sending to the General Assembly.
Youngkin told a joint meeting of General Assembly budget-writing committees Wednesday that state revenues are set to keep growing, though more slowly than during his time as governor from January 2022 to January 2026.
