A teenager is dead after drowning in Lake Anna over the weekend.
Sally Bedell, a 19-year-old resident of Arlington, has been identified as the deceased.
Witnesses on the scene told authorities that Bedell had jumped into the water, resurfaced and then disappeared again under the water.
