Warsaw, Va. – The Town Of Warsaw and Oyster Shoals Music Hall announced this week that The Dryes, Nashville country music recording artists and the stars of NBC’s “The Voice”, will be performing a free live show on Friday, December 13th at Oyster Shoals in Warsaw to kickoff Christmas Town 2024.
This will be The Dryes third performance in Warsaw since forming and moving to Nashville where they ignited their careers by appearing on NBC’s “The Voice” last season joining Team Blake. The Dryes (Derek and Katelyn) tour around the country and have been featured in USA Today, Taste of Country, Entertainment Weekly, and American Songwriter, gaining thousands of new fans and followers along the way. Singer Katelyn Drye grew up nearby and has extensive family in the area.
Christmas Town in Warsaw takes place the following day and night and is the Northern Neck’s premier holiday festival and Christmas market, featuring 100+ vendors, rides and attractions, the annual Warsaw-Richmond County Christmas parade, horse and carriage rides, visits with Santa Claus, aerial acrobatics, extended holiday shopping hours, and much more.
