Virginia has hit 90% of 282 targets set by the settlement of a U.S. Department of Justice investigation of the state training centers’ compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the state’s top behavioral health official says.
The state is also moving to launch programs and fund efforts to move people who are ready to leave state hospitals back to their communities.
