In an open letter, Virginia’s largest police association is asking Gov. Glenn Youngkin to sign off on a collective bargaining bill likely to be sent to his desk by Democrats in the legislature.
The request comes from the Virginia Police Benevolent Association, which represents 10,000 police officers in Virginia, including around 1,000 troopers in the Virginia State Police.
