The price of diesel fuel in Virginia is showing the effects of war in the Middle East and Ukraine, with the average price at the pump rising by more than 13 cents a gallon in the past week.
AAA Virginia reported the average price of diesel fuel at almost $5.45 a gallon on Thursday, compared to $5.31 a gallon a week earlier.
