By the end of this week, Virginians will see whether Gov. Abigail Spanberger or legislators from the Democratic Party’s progressive wing have the most political muscle, at least for now.
The deadline for Spanberger to act on roughly two dozen bills, which she wanted the General Assembly to change but legislators declined, is Saturday at 11:59 p.m.
