Three men believed to be part of a lucrative organized scam ring have been arrested for allegedly ripping off an elderly couple in Bowling Green, police said.
Caroline County Sheriff Scott Moser said an investigation began on May 20 after the couple reported an elaborate phone and courier scam in which they received a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon.
