Virginia consumers are feeling a little better about the economy entering the holiday season, but they’re still wary about a potential rise in prices and a shaky labor market, according to a survey that Roanoke College published Tuesday.

The quarterly survey shows consumer sentiment rising slightly in November, compared with August, boosted by a strong state economy, a rise in wages and a positive outlook for national economic growth through the end of September.
