A woman who allegedly handcuffed an elderly relative to his bed to keep him from wandering was indicted this week by a Spotsylvania grand jury. 33 year old Nikki Ann Breeden of Spotsylvania, is charged with felony abduction and a misdemeanor charge of abusing a vulnerable adult. The abduction charge carries the possibility of up to 10 years in prison.
