Sheriff C. O. Balderson reports that a tragedy occurred last Thursday morning in the Stratford Hall location of Westmoreland County. A 22 month old male child wandered outside of the parents home and into their pool and was found a short time later and drowned.
Sheriff Balderson said investigators determined that there was no foul play in this tragic event.
